(...) Acceptance through underwriting agents
In so far as acceptance has taken place through underwriting agents, said agents declare that they have signed for the insurers and for the shares accepted on their behalf, as referred to and specified in the distribution statements deposited by the underwriting agents with the Cooperatieve Vereniging Nederlandse Assurantie Beurs b.a. (CVNAB) (Cooperative Association Dutch Insurance Bourse).
In the event that the insurers concerned and the shares accepted on their behalf are not stated in the policy, the Cooperative Association referred to in the first paragraph shall, upon request, furnish interested parties with a list of said insurers and their shares.

Transfer of share
If, during the period of insurance, a share accepted by or for an insurer is completely or partially transferred to (an) other insurer(s), this takes place on the same conditions and according to the same agreements as are applicable on the day of the transfer. The insurers taking over hereon renounce the right to appeal to section 251 of the Dutch Commercial Code (in so far as applicable) and/or the obligation to inform of section 7:928 of the Dutch Civil Code.
