8.1 - The following provisions setout Seller’s entire Iiability (including any Iiability for the acts and omissions of its employees agents and sub-contractors) to Buyer in respect of:

Section 6 prevents exclusion of the implied statutory undertakings as to title and it prevents (in the case of consumer transactions) or limits (in other cases) the seller's ability to exclude or restrict liability in respect of the well known statutory implied undertakings in respect of sample, description, quality or fitness for purpose.
