Dipende un po' dal tono del testo..


Explanation:
Per esempio, ho trovato un articolo che parla di "zona ad alta densità di divertimento" e potresti senz'altro parafrasare "il parco giochi della città", ma se si tratta di un articolo serioso magari è il caso di tenersi più sul tradizionale, per es.: "la zona della vita notturna" (anche se ormai la vita notturna si può fare anche di giorno).
