Brewing and Distilling
The text reads: "Ice-distilled beer and its distribution: Ice-distilled beer refers to a process that removes water and is already used in orange juice, wine and martini to concentrate it".
This description points to "concentrated" (συμπυκνωμένη) but there is no such thing as "concentrated beer" IMO and this may instead refer to a specific method of distilling.
Could you please help??

Μάλλον πρόκειται για lyophilization = freeze-drying
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freeze_drying
Freeze drying (also known as lyophilization) is a dehydration process typically used to preserve a perishable material or make the material more convenient for transport. Freeze drying works by freezing the material and then reducing the surrounding pressure to allow the frozen water in the material to sublime directly from the solid phase to gas. Enough heat needs to be supplied to the material to allow sublimation to occur. The greatly reduced water content that results inhibits the action of microorganisms and enzymes that would normally spoil or degrade the substance.
