θα επιβιώσει/ζήσει μετά τον θάνατό μου .... Δεν μπορώ να φανταστώ τέτοιο όρο σε διαθήκη. Μόνο συμφωνία με το θεό αν έκανε, θα μπορούσε να το ξέρει ...

neutral Dave Bindon : you've missed the word "absolutely" which, in this context, I think is very important

I did not have the rest of the text so I could not be sure what it means (it could have been written by mistake instead of 'at least'. However, Ι think that «τουλάχιστον» is necessary even though 'at least' is not included here.

...απόλυτα, εάν (ζεί και) επιβιώσει μετά το θάνατο μου...

..τουλάχιστον 28 μέρες.

The word "absolutely" has got detached from the phrase it refers to. The testator is giving XYZ "absolutely" (ie not in trust, without any clauses) to person A, as long as A lives for at least 28 days after the testator's death.

You may need to correct my Greek (it's not my 1st language!) but I've read 100s of English wills whilst researching my family tree, so I'm 100% sure that "absolutely" refers back to whatever was mentioned earlier, and does NOT refer to the 28 day period.

As clarification, I think this could be more easily understood with some punctuation added:
I give all my other possessions to my wife (provided that she shall be living at my death and survive me for a period of 28 days) absolutely.

το θάνατό μου - sorry, that was a typo rather than a mistake (I make lots of mistakes in Greek, but that's not usually one of them!!)
Note from asker:
Thanks a lot!!!! you helped me understand where absolutely refers to. It refers to the previouw paragraph.(Loooooooooong sentences...)
