Alexandra Fiada in her book Greek for Xenophobes says that this is a common idiom used in her native Athens to signify:- 'What you are talking about is nonsense'. Modern greek is full of rich idioms: I just wonder whether she has made this one up to overplay the idea that modern Greeks are bizarre.

As you can see from the Google search, it's not commonly used (I hadn't heard it before). I don't think many Greeks know or use it. The first part of the phrase appears on its own more times in Google (but it's back-translated: go pull your boobs).
