• The weight is equally distributed on both feet.
• 2/3 of the weight is placed on the front of the foot.
• The legs are fully braced.
• The pelvis needs to be balanced.
• The spine is elongated.
• The rib cage is held downwards and the lower ribs are drawn together.
• The head is centrally balanced.
• The eyes are focused forwards
