in einem Zusatz zu einem gewerblichen Mietvertrag steht in einem Passus, in dem die vom Vermieter beizubringenden Unterlagen beschrieben werden, der folgende Satz:
"Such construction documents shall include: the details of any previous construction and fit-out at the Premises, architectural, civil, structural and *site landscape drawings*, and points of connection (POCs) for the mechanical, electrical, fire sprinkler, life-safety and plumbing systems."
