Explanation:
It is a switch that will be activated (generally automatically) when the fuel filter is too clogged to be working as it should. I would expect the fuel filter impending by-pass switch to be an alert indicator/lamp = Warnanzeige.
If this is the actual switch though you would be talking about Treibstofffilterumgehungsschalter or Schalter für die Treibstofffilterumgehung.

agree  Schtroumpf: Wobei die genaue Bezeichnung ggf. schon an anderer Stelle in der Triebwerksdokumentation festgelegt ist. Es empfiehlt sich stets, sich erst beim Kunden schlauzumachen, der es eigentlich am besten wissen müsste.
