système de coupons

voucher = coupon
the voucher is to be redeemed for something, with no caontext it is hard to tell what
I guess this is a system where the emplyee gets vouchers that can be accumulated or exchanged for something.
In France the "Ticket Restaurant" is an example of a voucher system: the employee gets a benefit (employee only pays part of the price) as a voucher to be redeemed for a meal in a restaurant

As I understand it in the context I have, these vouchers are to be given or sold to any given company's workers as part of 1 share i in the share capital of the cmpoany. The objective is to broaden the capital base even to those workers who do not have enough money to buy full hares. SO : what about : "bon de participation au capital". Merci bien. "
