The Provision and Waste Cooling Unit (PWC) are two different cooling systems.
The PWC is divided in the PCU (Provision Cooling Unit) and the WCU (Waste Cooling Unit).
The Provision Cooling Unit is for refrigeration of the provision rooms.
The provision rooms are the vegetable room (+4 °C), the cool room (+4 °C), the cold store lobby (+6 °C), the dairy room (+2 °C) and the cold room (-22 °C).
