English term or phrase: back translation
I deal with a direct clients whose documents often require some "back translation," that is, finding the exact English term which was originally used in an English-language article because their publications are based on previous research which was originally published in English.

I'm quite used to doing this, but I'd like to be able to describe it properly, so if I'm talking with my French clients and describing this process, does anyone know what's the proper French term for "back translation"?

Thank you in advance.

PS. I first searched the ProZ term base, but it turned up with nothing.
