tronçon de 16 faisceaux
"Run" peut ^etre un tronçon de tuyauterie (cf. dictionnaire de la construction). "Run" dans ce contexte peut ^etre "tronçon" ou "schéma" de tuyauterie.

: I think this is along the right lines, though I don't think it's '16 faisceaux' — with the extra context, we now know it is indeed a 'faisceau de 16 tubes' (note this isn't 'génie civile'!)

"bundled tube design" signifie "construction en faisceaux de tubes" en génie civil, merci de ne pas trop s'énerver !

Discussion
Here we're talking about plan for a famous fast food restaurant in a famous commercial center in USA and Canada. These plans refers to plumbery and some electrical contents. the sentences abovementionned are part of notes beside the plan.
the whole block is as follow:
"FILTER COLD WATER (FCW) SPECIFICATION
WATER LINE:
· ALL FCW LINES ARE TO BE 3/8" BLACK UV AND FIRE RESISTANT
· ALL FCW LINES ARE TO BE HOME RUN FROM THE BACKROOM PACKAGE TO EACH DEVISE UP FRONT
· ALL FCW LINES TO BE INSULATED INSIDE WALL IN SLEEVE CONDUIT. REFER TO MCD-K1 DRAWING FOR LOCATION AND HEIGHTS
· ICE MACHINE (11.1) IS TO HAVE AN INDIVIDUAL UV FCW LINE
CENTRE ISLAND AREA:
· EACH ORANGE JUICE (3.19) IS TO HAVE AN INDIVIDUAL UV FCW LINE
· EACH COFFEE MAKER (3.17) IS TO HAVE AN INDIVIDUAL UV FCW LINE
· EACH HOT WATER DISPENSER (3.48) IS TO HAVE AN INDIVIDUAL UV FCW LINE
SSBS (3.24 & 3.24B) BUNDLE TUBING:
· SODA CONTRACTOR TO RUN 16 BUNDLE
· ABS UNITS - ONE RUN 16 BUNDLE
· 1 X 12 VALVE SSBS BEVERAGE DISPENSER – ONE RUN 16 BUNDLE
· 2 X 8 VALVE SSBS BEVERAGE DISPENSER – WERE POSSIBLE, CEILING RUNS TWO RUNS OF 16 BUNDLE
CBS (3.60 & 3.70) CELL:
· 4 X 3/8" BLACK"
The EN is too cryptic for comfort, but I would imagine it might mean 'a bundle of 16 [somethings]' — your wider context ought to tell you whether these are cables, pipes, hoses, etc.
The noun 'a run' also seems to be involved here — don't quite know how (if?) you can render that in FR, but 'a run' is an installed stretch / section / length of piping, cabling etc.
