Par exemple en français : Comment arrêter une réaction : Trempe Une trempe consiste à refroidir subitement le milieu réactionnel pour ralentir très brutalement, voire arrêter l'évolution du système chimique. Ce processus est d'autant plus efficace que la cinétique de la transformation chimique est fortement dépendante de la température. |
