The text it is from:

It is a text about an IT company. Now I know that a lot of IT-terms are simply not translated. I know what the resolve time is but I do not know if there is a Dutch term for it?
On another note: does anyone have any suggestion for a good IT glossary/dictionary (En-NL and vice versa).
