English term

resolve time

English to Dutch Tech/Engineering Computers: Systems, Networks
The text it is from:

Detect slow page-load times quickly: the load time overview shows average total time and average resolve time for the time period you choose.

It is a text about an IT company. Now I know that a lot of IT-terms are simply not translated. I know what the resolve time is but I do not know if there is a Dutch term for it?

On another note: does anyone have any suggestion for a good IT glossary/dictionary (En-NL and vice versa).
