身在何處

Let's first understand what the complete sentence mean.

From Wiki: "In the United States of America, an Out-of-Market Sports Package is a form of Pay Per View that broadcasts sporting events to areas who are unavailable to see them because the games are not broadcast in their local market". The key is in the phrase "games not broadcast in their local market", which means these games can be viewed from anywhere in the nation.

Hence it means to me that in every week, there are as many as 80 Pay Per View sports games that one can choose from. So it doesn't matter where you live, or even if you are traveling, you will be able to watch your "home" team. The word "home" in "happens to call home" is just to echo the phrase "home team". It's a figurative way to say "wherever you are". Therefore I would not translate it literally.
