Employees in the state are entitled to earned sick and safe time, a form of paid leave.
Employees must accrue at least one hour of earned sick and safe time for every 30 hours they work, up to at least 48 hours in a year.

And this is a definition, but need a term in Bosnian.
Paid “safe time” refers to paid time off used specifically to deal with issues related to domestic abuse. While many employers offer some form of paid time off, not all employers have specific PTO days allotted to deal with domestic abuse

Parlament Novog Zelanda usvojio je u srijedu jedinstveni zakon na svijetu: svim žrtvama nasilja u porodici odobrava se 10 dana plaćenog dopusta.

To vrijeme je potrebno, objašnjava se u zakonu, kako bi žrtve mogle napustiti svoje partnere, pronaći novi smještaj, a djeci nove vrtiće i škole te napokon bolje zaštititi sebe i svoju djecu.
