Nese behet fjale per foster care do te perdorja termin me siper. Nese teksi juaj do te kishte nevoje te sqaronte fjalen 'care' per lexuesin shqiptar per t'u kuptuar qe behet fjale per 'foster' dhe jo kujdes mjekesor une do te shtoja ne fund fjalet 'per femijen (ose per femijet)'.

Këtu në angli sitemi i shërbimeve shoqerore është shumë i ndërlikuar. Fillon me Council= Prefekturë (sigurisht që kjo varet nga pushteti qëndror) dhe kjo është e ndarë në Shërbimet Mjeksore, Arsimi i mesëm, Children Schools & Family, Adult Care Services, Community Care Services, Leaving Care Team,
Gjithashtu Council/li ka bashkine dhe komunat dhe këta kanë nën vartësi Job Seekers dhe DSS.
Leaving Care Team ështe nje organizatë e pushtetit lokal që lehtëson kalimin nga Children Schools & Families tek Adult Care Team (për qytetarët Bitanikë) ose nga Children Schools & Families tek EMA Ethnic Minority Agency (Ky ligj ka hyre ne fuqi me datë 20-05-03)
Siç e thashë dhe më lart kjo organizatë kujdeset për mirëqenien e adoleshentëve që kalojnë një periudhë të vështirë, në mënyrë që këta të rinj të jenë të përgatitur për të papriturat që ka jeta. Kjo periudhë mund të zgjasë derisa këta të rinj të mbarojnë edukimin ose nëse nuk vazhdojnë shkollë, deri në moshën 21 vjeq.

A Leaving Care Team is all the above but it is a little bit more than that.
Part of the Local councils responsibility is to look after members of the community who are unable or defined as unable to look after themselves. I.e. persons having mental problems or children under 16
Care is really defined as the close supervision by the Council Services.
The teams’ specific task is to assist the integration of someone who has been in a long term Social Services care home, back into main stream society. For example: Living in Council secure accommodation and are now thought to be capable to cook, feed and clean themselves
The Leaving Care Team’s main function in their work would be to make sure when they are left on their own that they have the life skills for independent living. The main age group for this is between 16 and 30 in my experience.
A minor part of their workload would be the assistance they can give to asylum seekers or immigrants.
