Thanks for your helpful feedback, Cillie. Yes this phrase is indeed re real-estate. The PoA principals are seeking to appoint proxies in Belgium to acquire property for them it would seem. My only problem is how to translate the next bit:'
kavels te vormen' which is the same as 'loten te vormen'. forming all lots and parcels? Or omit one phrase since it is a duplication?
