Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Guarantee
Dutch term or phrase: rechtsopvolgers en rechtsverkrijgers onder bijzondere titel
I can see lots of results for "rechtsverkrijgenden" (such as: https://www.proz.com/kudoz/dutch-to-english/advertising-publ... but not many for "rechtverkrijgers". I've seen "legal successor/procurer" on Linguee (https://www.linguee.com/english-dutch/search?source=auto&que... and EU terminology often uses "acquirer" (https://www.linguee.com/english-dutch/search?source=auto&que...

For "onder bijzondere titel" I saw this https://www.proz.com/kudoz/english-to-dutch/law-contracts/29...

I'm therefore thinking "successors and acquirers under singular title".

Context:
De Garant staat jegens X in voor de tijdige, behoorlijke en volledige nakoming door de Debiteur, diens rechtsopvolgers en diens rechtsverkrijgers onder bijzondere titel, van alle huidige en toekomstige verplichtingen en aansprakelijkheden ten opzichte van X.
Proposed translation:
The Guarantor shall guarantee X that the Debtor, its successors and acquirers under singular title shall fulfil all present and future obligations and liabilities to X in a timely, proper and complete manner.

English translation:successors and assigns
Explanation:
We appear to be agreed that "rechtsopvolgers" is successors.

I don't believe you need to translate "onder bijzondere titel". Here's an explanation of what it means:

Bij verkrijging onder algemene titel treedt de verkrijger als het ware in de schoenen van de vorige eigenaar (bijvoorbeeld na overlijden) en bij verkrijging onder bijzondere titel verkrijgt de verkrijger de zaken en/of rechten op basis van bijvoorbeeld een koopovereenkomst.

So "rechtsopvolgers" are "successors", since they've acquired the rights passively, for example through inheritance. "Rechtsverkrijgers onder bijzondere titel" have acquired them actively, for example by signing a contract of sale.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.
