Live aware
Don't think you need to keep the B as the leading word. I would say something like
Live better
Live aware
Live consciously
Live better
Live aware
Live consciously

Live a full live
The need/want three times 'leven'.
Therefore they spelled 'beleven' as 'be-leven' (they use a hyphen to indicate it is actually one word [beleven])
Beter leven
Be-leven --> Beleven (Als mens willen we leven, voelen, groeien en Zijn)
Bewust leven
If you want the same effect in the source, that is: live - live- live
Perhaps:
Beter leven - Live a better life
Be-leven - Live a full life
Bewust leven - Live a mindful life
Living life to fullest means continually reaching out for newer, richer, deeper, life-changing experiences.

Be-alive?
Maybe something like that, it seems you need to play with words.
Better live
Be alive
... and then you have to find a word that starts with a B for the last one!

The want to get this 'leven' separate as in 'beter leven' en 'bewust leven' for similarity, but they mean 'beleven'.
beleven --> experience
Experience
Als mens willen we leven, voelen, groeien en Zijn
