No context, but
You don't give any further context, so I can only take a guess at what it means. "actius" could mean "assets" (activos in Spanish) and "escaients" means "appropriate". So "cap dels actius escaients" would mean "none of the appropriate assets". I can't do any better without any further context.

Comment: "Thanks to both of you for your assistance. I was doubtful as to the actual meaning of both terms. With what you gave me I was able to figure it out... it's a court order dealing with the seizure of funds, but all I needed to do was provide a summary... for info purposes only. Am familiar with the circumstances, so confirmation only was needed.
Thanks again to you both."

? None of the assets
More context is required in this instance as cap can have several meanings. Actius usually means assets, so it could mean none of the assets. Escaient means convenient or appropriate. If you'd like to send more context I could help you more accurately.
