Bosnian term (edited): kadrovska popunjenost / potpuna kadrovska popunjenost

Iz Vaše rečenice nije sasvim jasno je li CFCU ostvario punu kadrovsku popunjenost ("full staffing"), ili se samo misli na kvalitetu postojećih kadrova ("staffing") bez obzira na to jesu li sva potrebna radna mjesta popunjena ili ne. Zbog toga stavljam oba termina, a prema širem kontekstu, odnosno prema preostalom tekstu, ćete lako vidjeti koji biste trebali koristiti.
