In the field of hadith hasan is used to describe the text of the hadeeth that has specific qualities, such as logical acceptability. (A Dictionary of Islamic Words and Expressions)
Linguistically the term hasan beans "beautiful; fair; good". However, according to the science of hadith evaluation, it refers to a hadith that is graded between saheeh (authentic) and da'eef (inauthentic/weak). Ibn Hajar defined a hasan hadith as a hadith that is transmitted by upstanding narrators in a continuous chain of narration, free from any hidden defects or conflict with with superior texts. I think you can also say “Confirmed" that it is a "true proverb". I think if your audiences are familiar with some Arabic terms, Hadeith is accurate as well.
For متفق عليه you can say "agreed upon"
I also agree with the colleagues who said classified it as …..
Also determined that it is a true proverb is another possible answer.

Thanks a lot for your comment, yet, I never heard that proverb is considered offensive at all, actually if you Google Islamic proverbs you will find a lot of books titled Islamic Proverbs along with a lot of reviews on them. Non seems to be offensive to me. So I don’t seem to find the term Proverb to be offensive by any means, I am myself a Muslim and I know many of my American Muslim colleagues use this term to mean Hadieth as many don’t know the term Hadieth or what it means in Arabic.

: Using "proverb" would be very offensive to Muslims since hadiths are a sacred religious reference in Islam, also, were it to be a true confirmed hadith/prophetic tradition, it would be sahih and not hasan
