«مالكم ملي كنت في الحبس كنتو تصيفطوا ليا قفة ب500 درهم؟» بنبرة لا تخلو من الابتزاز والتذمر يسائل أحد السجناء المفرج عنهم والديه، ضاق ذرعا بعدم تمكينه من مصروفه اليومي، بعد خروجه من السجن، وهو الذي كان يعيش في رغد من العيش حينما كان سجينا، يأكل ما لذ وطاب من أصناف الطعام بفضل «القفة» التي تجلبها له والدته كل أسبوع0

إلى المستوى المطلوب بسبب قلة الطباخين المتخصصين في الطبخ الجماعي، وبالتالي فإن أسر السجناء ما زالوا يحملون «قفة» (سلة) الأكل إلى أقاربهم المسجونين، الأمر الذي يتسبب في مشاكل عدة منها إدخال المخدرات وآلات حادة إلى السجون، وهو ما يتسبب بدوره في دخول أسرة بأكملها إلى السجن، إذا ما ضبطت تلك الممنوعات لديها. واقترح بن هاشم في هذا الصدد أن يتم التعاقد مع شركات متخصصة لإعداد وجبات السجناء.

Yes, but according to the following link, a care package may include "toothbrush, toothpaste, writing paper, deodorant, shampoo, soap". I think the Moroccan "Quffah" includes only food (according to the articles), so it may be safer to say "food basket". Good luck!

I think the best way to put it is: "food packages" or "inmate food packages".

Here are examples:

Additionally, an inmate who is located in a “TV Facility” may only receive 2 food packages per calendar year from family, friends, or other personal sources
