Would you tell us what plant this is.

variagated (striped) white impatiens

the name is pronounced as IM'PATIA
there is a great number of them - check the link.
probably they mean the white with red strip in the middle, or it might be the white-pinkish/reddish ones.
I made a paralel with the Arabic أباطرة where you have same ommitting of "M" (eMperor)
variagated is the term when colors are mixed on petals/leaves

I believe it is Impatiens, which as name came into Arabic through Greek, where MP is pronounced as "B", so from the original "Impatia" it turned to "Ibatia"

Apetalous, variegated white flowers

Apetalous Flowers. The phrase literally means "flowers without petals," but it is somewhat arbitrarily applied. In a complete flower there are two distinguishable floral envelopes—calyx and corolla. In case there is only one floral envelope, it is assumed that the corolla (petals) is missing, and the flower is said to be apetalous. (Wikisource)
Example sentence:

variegated adj. Having streaks, marks, or patches of a different color or colors
