Wanted to note that I have seen Junta Universal meaning something slightly different from Junta General.
It is a Shareholders' Meeting, but one that is not called in advance by posting an official notice. Rather it is convened by unanimous agreement of the shareholders, all of whom are present. As such it is not subject to the restriction on place (e.g. town of domicile) that some company statutes apply to General Meetings of Shareholders.
