Decorations, banners and posters were put up to celebrate
I'm not so sure about dressing up a company, in English normally only people get dressed up or wear fancy dress, etc.
For a party or a celebration, we would hang out decorations. So, for this we would have to reword the phrase in English.
Something like:
"Decorations, banners and posters were put up to celebrate fifty years of being the market leader..."
Espero que te ayude,
Neil.

As your source text says, \"Nuestra institución se viste de fiesta\", therefore not the employees, but the company/institution, and so we/us would not be valid here.

is ready to party

Our facility is ready to party in celebrating our fifty years of leadership...
Ya sabes que en USA, todo es "facility", ya no son instalaciones, son instituciones.
"We're ready to party" Why not?
