Agree with Uwe: I cannot find the appropriate Russian name; moreover, what I observe is a complete mess and confusion.
According to the Botanic nomenclature for agroforestry trees, the synonyms of Acacia mangium are as follows:
Black wattle, Brown salwood, Hickory wattle (English); Maber (Filipino); Zamorano (Spanish)
http://www.icraf.cgiar.org/treessd/botanic/cfm/SpeciesInfo.c...
At another site:
Other Common Names: Akasia, Black Wattle, Brown Salwood, Coast Myall, Hickory Wattle, Mountain Brigalow, Sally Wattle.
But, according to the Eng>Rus biol. dictionary,
black wattle = Acacia decurrens (акация низбегающая) or Acacia mollissima (акация черная)
hickory wattle = Acacia penninervis (акация пальчатонервная)
and myall gives three more species.
Latin synonim:
Racosperma mangium (Willd.) L. Pedley.
http://www.icraf.cgiar.org/treessd/Aft/cfm/speciesinfo.cfm?S...
(and 25 other sites)
But searching Russian www pages for Racosperma mangium also leads to nowhere...
The only thing I can advise you: leave the Latin botanical name "as is".

I think, there will be no Russian name for this plant. I've looked for "acacia mangium" in international search engines. In English and German texts there is no English or German name, it's called only "acacia mangium". This plant isn't from Europe, and perhaps it has no name in most European languages.
(A search by Russian and Ukrainian Search engines gave no result.)

Акация мэнгиум!
В большинстве случаев этого будет достаточно , если только конечно перевод не нужен для детального научного
исследования :-)
