Estoy traduciendo un video. Quien habla (en voiceover) es un hombre indígena de la comunidad Witoto (Huitoto o Uitoto) en la región amazónica de Colombia.
El video muestra al hombre cuando recoge a una tortuga del suelo, en la selva, la atrapa y amarra en una especie de cesto o morral hecho por él con hojas de palma y se la amarra a la espalda para cargarla así y llevarla consigo (como si tuviera una mochila de tortuga en la espalda, vamos).
Y el audio dice "después de COGER ENTANCHA la tortuga..." o quizás es "después de COGER ENTRANCHA la tortuga..." (porque me parece oír un sonido de R también), o "después de COGER, ENTANCHAR la tortuga..." En fin, las posibilidades que puse arriba.
Y por más que reduzco la velocidad del audio, no logro entender qué dice exactamente. Y menos cómo traducirlo al inglés. :(

Otherwise, coger entrañas - Braz- Port.: entranhas - would be a painful exercise for said turtle or tortoise. I've included that permutation, just in case 'anyone' tries top pinch my idea again.
DO pick up a turtle using both of your hands, one on each side of the shell, between the front and back legs. It isn't a good idea to pick up a turtle using just one hand.
