And whereas the judgment is procedurally correct
Bourth Feb 19:
'In due form', which means "done or presented in the correct way", "in the proper form The legal document has been written correctly and all needed information is contained in it as required by the law", looks good to me.
Being régulier en la forme is one of the qualities that means a charge of vice de forme cannot be validly levelled against the document.

And whereas the judgment is procedurally compliant in tenor

.. compliant in scope as a matter of *formal procedure* e.g. setting out all the points considered on appeal.

forme: (in plural ?) procedure + régulier : in order; lawful, both FHS Bridge.

The language of the query has again changed from English to Italian post-Italian answer.
Example sentence:

" En la forme... " .. on se trouve averti de ce que les développements qui la suivent contient l'examen des moyens portant sur la recevabilité de l'action ou de l'instance (ou des deux).

tenor: the general meaning, character, or pattern of something

Peer comment(s):

agree Mpoma : Yup. Bridge: "irrégularité de forme: formal defect; failure to comply with the rules of procedure".
