French to English Social Sciences Human Resources Job title
Translating a course on job evaluation for a Quebec client. A table labelled "Complexité des tâches" gives examples of "emplois repères" with their codes and job titles. One job, with the code P2457, is listed as "CONSEIL SOL. D'ENTREPRISE (CSE)". There is unfortunately no context.

My guess is Enterprise Solution Consultant (or Advisor) but not sure.

'Corporate Ground Consultation' can be a translation of 'conseil sol d'entreprise'. Also, 'benchmark jobs' can be 'emplois repères', assuming that benchmark jobs are standard recommendations for repair work. On google I found a benchmark job is a job position that has a consistent set of tasks across different organizations and industries. It's used to evaluate pay and other legal aspects of employment. A benchmark job can be identified by using data from reliable and credible compensation surveys.

Better parse the term - in lower casing - properly. It's Solutions in the plural and Entreprise in the singular.

'Business Adviser/or' arguably changes the emphasis from a trouble-shooter to a forward-looking strategy.

I'm unsure that 'benchmarks', as in the Disuccsion Entries, are involved.
Example sentence:

Business solutions consultants are responsible for helping companies to overcome problems and improve operations.

Business advisors research and gather information for making strategic plans that help in achieving clients' business goals and milestones.

agree philgoddard : I think advisor is better than consultant, which implies someone brought in from outside - unless the company is itself a consultancy.
