Hello,

Translating a medical report of Plastics surgery for an exploration and debridement of R hand injury

20/02/20: Division and Inset Groin Flap to R hand
Findings: Donor - debrided of granulation tissue
Inset with 4-0 vicryl, and 4-0 ethilon. Debrided MC 5
Post-op Plan:
1. Gentle elevation, mobilise R thumb
2. Debulk abdo dressing outer on Saturday - ROS at 14 days
3. Xray R wrist - ortho review regarding distal radius fracture
4. R hand COD on Friday afternoon +/- removal of penrose
5. 3 days oral augmentin
6. Chase MCS
7. Can have leave as desired

Point 2 - Debulk abdo dressing outer...I must say I don't get it. They're taking a flap from the groin, not abdomen.

Any input?
