- the exclusive right to use the Work Product;
- the exclusive right to authorize or prohibit the use of the Work Product;
- the right to dispose of the Work Product (including to register the intellectual property right in respect of such Work Product in its own name, to receive the relevant documents, to execute transactions regarding the object of intellectual property rights, including the alienation of such other people).''
