Another valid possibility is "message digest" proposed by Bourth (but not just "digest"), especially in connection with RIPEMD-160 and now-obsolete MD5 hash functions, in which MD stands for "message digest" indeed.

: Looks like a fingerprint, depending on the origin and the purpose

: A distinct possibility - confirmed by the actual value of this "condensat de signalement"

: That would the human readable file - "condensat de signalement" would be the hash of that digital file, a meaningless hexadecimal number - kind of "checksum" used to verify the integrity of the file - not the same.

Discussion
is not an alphanumerical string - it's a hexadecimal number.
"Une fonction de hachage (parfois appelée fonction de condensation) est une fonction permettant d'obtenir un condensé (appelé aussi condensat ou haché ou en anglais message digest) d'un texte, c'est-à-dire une suite de caractères assez courte représentant le texte qu'il condense"
https://web.maths.unsw.edu.au/~lafaye/CCM/crypto/signature.h...
Though it seems 'hash' also works:
En ayant le condensât ( " hash " ou " checksum ", ou " message digest ") il doit très difficile de retrouver les données initiales,
https://www.cryptosec.org/?Fonctions-de-condensation
Nearly forgot the pretty picture:
indeed that looks like an hash value and with the context provided, my best guess then would be "hash ...", there are other ways to name it, but that would be what i'd use as it is pretty common and concise. //
so cryptography might have something to do with it.
