HISTOIRE DE LA MALADIE RECENTE :
Persistance de mouvements dystoniques, prédominant aux mains, tronc, langue Pas d'amélioration nette depuis l'introduction du Pyridoxal.
Prise en charge actuelle :
SESSAD psychomoteur une fois par semaine.
Kinésithérapie motrice une fois par semaine.
A noter un épisode de diarrhée fébrile accompagné de pleurs pendant 72 heures une semaine avant l'hospitalisation.
Résolution spontanée sans prise en charge particulière Pas de récidive de ces symptômes.

Parts of body affected
In adults, the most common dystonias affect the neck or eyes. Other parts of the body affected
include trunk, limbs, hand, voice, mouth and tongue. Adult-onset dystonia is usually focal,
affecting one or two parts of the body, while early-onset dystonia often generalises to affect
multiple parts of the body.

Dystonia involves abnormal tone or posture of contracted muscles. Part of the brain's job is to suppress muscle movement. Dystonia occurs when the brain allows too much muscle activity, resulting in muscle contraction in the face, neck, hands, trunk or legs.

Considering that (I'm guessing) is a medical text and given the context of the text, it should be torso.
When you search the term "tronc", torso is what you get.
