En la evaluación de métodos experimentales o analíticos, es habitual distinguir claramente entre replicability (replicabilidad: precisión de los datos o mediciones obtenidos por una misma persona que usa la misma técnica y los mismos instrumentos y materiales de análisis), repeatability (repetibilidad: medida de precisión de los datos o mediciones obtenidos con una misma muestra y en un mismo laboratorio, pero por distintas personas o distintos instrumentos) y reproducibility (reproducibilidad: precisión de los datos o mediciones obtenidos en dos o más laboratorios distintos que siguen la misma técnica y utilizan materiales e instrumentos parecidos).
En cuanto a la palabra "strip" suele significar "tira (reactiva)"; p. ej.: urine test strip (tira reactiva de orina). Supongo que el producto farmacéutico al que se refiere tu traducción es de este tipo.
