E. 4.1. PA speakers and ATT, existing at the time the interior work of Leased Premises is carried out, shall be left exposed so as to allow access and maintenance. Dividing a room into two or more subsections, not all equipped with speakers, will require the installation of additional speakers and ATT in accordance with the relevant law on Fire Services.
E. 4.2. HFIX stranded line of 2.5mm shall be used for lines of speakers and ATT, and the colors are as follows.
• COM: black, HOT: blue, EM: red, SPK: yellow
E. 4.3. The Tenant who intends to use its own background music system in Leased Premises shall ensure that the equipment is distinct and separate from the Airport’s speakers and ATT. Speakers installed in Leased Premises shall not be connected to the PA speaker system. Furthermore, upon returning Leased Premises, the Tenant shall leave the PA speakers and ATT exactly as they were in the original blueprints, and promptly remove its own speakers and cables.
