13.1 Equity Contributions
(a) Contractor confirms that as of the Phase II Main Project Closing Date:
(i) at least fifty percent (50%) of its Equity contributed in connection with the Phase I Plant consisted of cash subscriptions for share capital paid or caused to be paid by or on behalf of the Shareholders and their Affiliates to Contractor; and
(ii) all amounts outstanding under or otherwise required to be paid or repaid by Contractor in respect of the equity bridge facilities entered into by Contractor on or before the Phase I Financial Closing Date have been repaid and discharged in full.
