Company charges

English to Spanish Bus/Financial Finance (general)
On a finance report/company extract, appears "No charges held for this organisation". Below, this note:

"On 30 January 2012, the Personal Property Securities Register (PPS Register) commenced.
At that time ASIC transferred all details of current charges to the PPS Registrar.
ASIC can only provide details of satisfied charges prior to that date.
Details of current charges, or charge satisfied since 30 January 2012 can be found on the PPS Register, www.ppsr.gov.au."

I know is not "cargos" as it's not legal, but I don't know whether to use something generic, but likely wrong, ("cargas") or something more specific ("adeudos" "diligencias"...)

gravámenes de la empresa

or "cargas"

¿Qué es el gravamen de una empresa?
El Gravamen es un derecho legal sobre su propiedad, para asegurar el pago de su deuda tributaria, mientras que el embargo de hecho le quita su propiedad para satisfacer la deuda tributaria.Apr 3, 2023

Essentially, a company charge is a security interest held by a lender over the property of a company. The charge is given by the company (the chargor) to the lender (the chargee) to secure payment of a debt or obligation.
Peer comment(s):

agree Adrian MM. : Funnily enough, an ENG/SPA translator on a UK translators' list several years ago mistranslated this as 'gastos de la sociedad/ expenses of the company'. Compare prenda flotante / fija : flixed and floating pledge, West (IMO a fixed & floating co. charge)

gravámenes a cargo de la entidad

Your query is for "company charges" but that doesn't actually appear in the text cited.

"No charges held for this organisation" I take to mean that this agency or department has no record of any charges (gravámenes, cargas, affectaciones) against the company/entity, so you might think of translating it as "no obran gravámenes a cargo de la entidad de referencia".

I had this question open while I was doing other things, so Pat's suggestion wasn't there when I submitted this, but my suggestion is slightly different so I'll leave it up in any case.

Un dividendo es una cuantía de dinero que representa una parte de la renta hecha. Está pagado por la empresa para los accionistas, que son los que tienen compartes financieras. Es un subsidio como un beneficio para ellos.
