German to English Medical Medical: Health Care CME

I have been Googling this to death but with no joy, so I hope someone can help me please (praying that it's not too mind-numbingly obvious).

Over the course of my Googling, I also found the following abbreviations used in the same sort of instance/context:
SMV RDÄ DAV
Just to stress that I do not need the 3 above, just the GTV, but perhaps they might help to make it clear. I haven't been able to find what any of them stand for, but was hoping that if I found one it might give me the key to working out what "GTV" stands for
