Estoy corrigiendo un archivo y aparece un certificado (en el original) que dice Referencia: Carátula del Expediente N2022MUB7837/02.... y después todos los datos del expediente (nombre, fecha de caratulación, usuario, solicitante, etc.) Es un certificado de Argentina. La traducción es para EEUU.
Según otra pregunta que hice, Caratulación: classification or labelling....
Pero según otros lugares donde estuve buscando Carátula sería Title (Title of Case File o Caption .... https://www.proz.com/personal-glossaries/entry/32868911-capt...
No sé cómo poner carátula del expediente, en la versión que tengo que corregir lo dejaron en español por el mismo motivo, no sabían cómo ponerlo

: if a legal case (the asker's own *classification* of general conversation is careless & misleading, as could be a corp. reg. application or a court case -> in which event 'caratulación' is 'intitulment' (don't bother Googling), rather than 'label(l)ing'

I am unsure how to translate both of the above. Would it be 'cover sheet date' and 'cover sheet user'? the latter doesn't seem right to me.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
