Portuguese term
prestações

Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
Public procurement
This text above appears in a public procurement and contracting code, which I am translation.
"prestações que constituem o objeto do contrato a celebrar" clearly does not refer to all obligations under the contract, but only to the obligations comprised in the supply of the goods, services, or works contracted. This is clear because if these "prestações" are simple in technical terms, the tender specifications are reduced to technical specifications and mere reference to other essential aspects.
None of the entries in the ProZ terminology resources is appropriate. Undifferentiated answers like performance and obligations will not suffice, for the reasons stated above.

deliverables
Contract deliverables establish and track both contractual and noncontractual commitments that must be honored as part of negotiations and contractual agreements between businesses and suppliers or customers based on contract intent. These deliverables can be used in enterprise contracts, purchasing documents, and in negotiations.

services
Usaria o termo "services" nesse contexto.

core-requirements (desiderata)
> if the Portuguese term works anything like the Spanish 'cognate' of prestación (does mean obligation to pay calls on company shares etc.), then we do have a weasel- or joker-word par excellence.
Example sentence:
Schedule of Requirement (SOR) cum Offer Form for Tender No. xxx

Nice one. I might prefer core obligations. |

contractual performance
Although I agree with Paulinho's suggestion when it refers to the product.
But when it refers to the contractor's obligations, then this is my suggestion.
