@Helena Liquidar can and does mean to pay, but it also means to calculate, as in "autoliquidación" de impuestos, where the taxpayer caculates the tax owed.

I think it refers here to that.

'liquidación' = ? I agree that 'cancelado' is paid but doesn't 'liquidación' also mean 'paid'?

I'm not sure about '...it shall be paid at the end of the month together with the other invoices, after they have been paid.'
