Mam bardzo dziwne sformułowanie, podejrzewam o jakiś błąd w oryginale, bo brzmi to niegramatycznie.

Jest to lista pytań, które mogą zadać sobie menedżerowie, i odpowiedzi na nie określają stan procesu zmiany kulturowej w organizacji.

Wygląda to tak:

Please rate the degree of your agreement with each of the following statements by noting a number (1 = strongly disagree, 4 = neither disagree nor agree, 7 = strongly agree).

I potem jeden z punktów:

5. Whether I agree with the shared values and behaviors
toward which we are working, I am enthusiastic about
the process we are following to get there.

Nie rozumiem tej konstrukcji. Pozostałe pytania mają charakter niezależnych stwierdzeń (np. "The right people are leading this change."), więc whether jako łącznik "czy" odpada. Z kolei w znaczeniu "niezależnie od tego, czy zgadzam się, czy nie, odnoszę się z entuzjazmem..." musielibyśmy mieć "whether I agree or not". Coś mi tu nie gra. Może macie jakąś na to odpowiedź?
