Hola, más que una pregunta sobre cómo traducir el término "vacaciones comunes", necesitaría una explicación de lo que son (en Colombia). En Internet he encontrado información, pero no me termina de aclarar lo que son las "vacaciones comunes" en comparación con las "vacaciones compensadas. El contexto sería el de "nóminas".

In UK English, I'd consider using something like this: "vacaciones comunes" en comparación con las "vacaciones compensadas" -> "standard holidays vs paid vacation/leave". I would take standard holidays to mean public holidays, like November 1st in Spain.
(Compensada would usually mean paid, although there are other alternatives, such as "day/s in lieu").
