Process for testing "NEW" Professional level pilots
1. A notice period of 1 month should be given to all considered professional pilots prior to test period.
2. A weeklong period 5-7 days should be used to assess the lap times and ability of all pilots following the same process as "Deeper analysis day 2" above.
3. Pilots will be rotated in different positions and pairings to establish the optimum pairing in the case of boats requiring 2 pilots.
4. Pilot analysis will be complete as per (Document 2.03).
