Procedure 1.06 - International event travel
Issue uniforms for the event/ season.
Issue tickets and recheck visa for each member of staff.
Issue the advanced program to each member of staff.
Collect the preset allowance of travel money, credit card and sim card.
Prepare any "last minute" parts or updated parts to carry and distribute between the team.
The team will travel to the event as per the International Event travel guidelines (Document 2.06).
The team will fulfil the duties as set in the Race operation plan (Document 2.05).
The team will travel back from the event as per the International Event travel guidelines (Document 2.06).
