Flipping it to be positive.
An option for you.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "The suggestions of María Elena and AllegroTrans are highly plausible, but I think that this works best in context. Many thanks to all who responded and commented."

Don't give up/don't falter

A couple of options for consideration

agree Beatriz Ramírez de Haro : Just as Wilsonn says. Technically, "dativo ético" - Gram. Pronombre dativo no requerido por el significado del verbo usado con intención afectiva para aludir a la persona que se ve afectada indirectamente por la acción verbal. https://dle.rae.es/dativo

I think the more formal "do not" (rather than "don't") aligns much better with the style and register of the text

Do not forsake me !

- as in the Crucifixion vs. Do not give up my Ghost that is the name of the song with unfortunate self-harming overtines,

rindan: third-person plural imperative of rendir, Verbos españoles, Payot, Lausanne, CH.
Peer comment(s):

disagree Juan Jacob : El "me" en español no es el "me" en inglés. Curiosas referencias religiosas.

Keep pressing ahead / moving on / moving ahead

In this particular case, it would be more natural to use a positive. As others have noted, the use of "me" is only a "dativo de interés", since it wouldn't be "don't give up on me" but rather "don't give up on God".

Keep the faith

Short and sweet, and seems fitting.
Another one that occurred to me was "rest assured of that", but that might be a bit of an over-translation.

neutral Juan Jacob : Nada que ver con la fe.

This expression doesn't usually refer to "religious" faith, if that's what you mean: https://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/keep the faith

just do not give up

Pienso que el dativo ético "me" de énfasis en español se puede reemplazar con "just", que igualmente puede ser enfático, como indica el Diccionario de Cambridge:

"Just" for emphasis:
We also use just to emphasise an imperative:
Just shut the door quickly or we’re going to be late.
