English to Czech Bus/Financial Accounting balance claim

The (delivered) goods remain our property until all liabilities from the business relationship (including interest, costs, taxes, fees, expenses, transport costs, etc.) have been paid in full. In the case of a current account, ownership is considered security for our balance claim.
